Is every stage the same story with harder words?
No. A series keeps its familiar world and sidekick, but every reading stage has a different plot, problem, and ending. Each story also works if it is the child's first time in that world.
How do you choose the reading stage?
We calculate it from the birthdate or due date you enter. The five stages cover ages 0-1, 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, and 8-10.
Is the 3-Book Journey a subscription?
No. You pay once for three story credits. There are no recurring charges, and the credits do not expire.
When will it arrive?
The digital book arrives within 24 hours, usually the same evening. Softcover and hardcover keepsakes are coming later; join the print waitlist and we will tell you when ordering opens.
What if something is not right?
If we apply a detail differently from what you entered, such as a misspelled name, wrong hair or skin tone, or missing glasses, we correct and redeliver the digital book free.
Is this a gift I can send?
Yes. Add a gift message at checkout and it is printed inside the book. Gift receipts never show prices.
